Undergraduate Student
Aileen is a junior at Columbia University studying Neuroscience and Business Management. She joined the lab as a SURF fellow in her freshman year and has since been working on developing novel lipid nanoparticle delivery systems for targeting neurological disorders. Outside of lab, she is passionate about STEM education and equity, serving as Outreach Director of the Columbia Undergraduate Science Journal and co-founder of her nonprofit, STEM to the Sky. She is also a certified yoga sculpt instructor and choreographs for Orchesis, the largest dance group on campus.
